💙 Every Step Counts – My 10K for Bluebell Wood 💙

After five years away from running a 10K, I’m lacing up my trainers again for a very special reason — Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

I was incredibly lucky to be awarded a charity place, and I want to make every step count by raising as much money as possible for this amazing charity.

Life has taught me just how precious every moment is. Six years ago, I lost my beautiful son, and since then, I’ve understood even more deeply how important family, love and support are when life takes you through the hardest of times.

Bluebell Wood provides incredible care, comfort and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and to the families who love them. No family should have to face those challenges alone, and the work this hospice does is truly special.

Getting back to running 10K after five years will be a challenge, but I’m doing it for a reason that means so much more than the distance itself. Every step is an opportunity to help make a difference to children and families who need that extra care and support.

If you can spare anything to sponsor me, I would be so grateful. No donation is too small, and every penny will help support the amazing work of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice. 💙

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story, supporting me and helping me give something back to such a special cause.

For the children, for their families, and for the love that never leaves us. 💙🏃‍♀️
