**10K. One step at a time. For those facing battles far bigger than mine. 💙**
This year has been one of the hardest of my life.
I've had some incredible highs, but also some of the darkest moments I've ever experienced. I've been pushed physically and mentally to places I never thought I'd find myself, and there have been times when simply getting through the day has felt harder than any race I've ever entered.
But one thing this year has taught me is just how precious life is, how quickly everything can change, and how important the people around us really are.
As a dad, I know there's nothing more important than your children. And I can't begin to imagine what it must be like for families facing the reality of a child with a life-shortening condition.
That's why I'm running the **Doncaster 10K in support of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.**
Bluebell Wood provides vital care and support to children and families facing circumstances no family should ever have to experience. They help families make memories, find comfort and spend precious time together.
I've spent a lot of this year fighting battles of my own, but this run isn't about me.
It's about doing something positive with everything I've been through. It's about giving something back. And it's about remembering that even when life feels incredibly difficult, we can still do something to make somebody else's a little easier.
Ten kilometres might not sound like much to some, but every step will have a purpose.
If you can spare a few pounds, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every donation helps support an amazing charity and the children and families who need them.
**Life is precious. Time is precious. And sometimes the smallest things we do can make the biggest difference.**
Thank you for supporting me and Bluebell Wood. 💙
