Shark Dive for Bluebell Wood

Take the plunge and participate in our PADI-recognised discovery scuba session operated by Blue Planet Aquarium, where you’ll learn basic diving techniques from a highly qualified and experienced team – not to mention diving with their 10-feet Sand Tiger Sharks!

You will also dive with 10ft Nurse Sharks, Blacktip Sharks, two types of Bamboo Sharks, Arabian and Brown Banded, Southern Stingrays, Blackchin Guitar Fish & magnificent aquatic fish.

This one of a kind diving experience includes all of the below:

• 2 Hour training session with a professional PADI Scuba Diver
• A close-up and cage free diving experience! (Yes that's correct - there will be no cage)
• Full use of their scuba equipment
• An “I Dived with the Sharks at Blue Planet Aquarium” certificate
• Free entry for two spectators to a private viewing area where they can take photos of you completing your challenge.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

There is a £50 registration fee upon booking and in order to take part in the dive, there is a minimum fundraising target of £450. This has to be raised by the first week in January 2026.

Please be aware If you complete the shark encounter, it is recommended that you wait at least 24 hours before flying.

All divers wishing to take part must be at least 16 years of age and in reasonable health. (Please check the medical requirements prior to signing up)

All divers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present on the day of the challenge.

£295 of your fundraising will go towards the cost of the dive and so we will only be able to thank you officially for anything raised over this amount.
