Perfect for team building

The Dragon Boat Race is perfect for teams of rowers from the same organisation to work together, bond, and build unbreakable camaraderie. Since its inception our Dragon Boat Race has been an outstanding team-building opportunity for organisations. Many teams return year after year, drawn by the exceptional experiences and the sense of accomplishment they gain from participating in the race.

Payment and fundraising

Entry price £350

Raise minimum of £1,000 per boat. 

Dragon Boat Race Team Information

Each boat can hold a maximum of 18 people. If your team has fewer members, don’t worry! You can still race with as few as 14 people. Just contact us, and we’ll help you work it out.

We understand raising £1000 can be challenging, so we’re organising a raffle to help. Each participant will receive a book of 25 raffle tickets to sell before the event, with each ticket priced at £1. All raffle prizes are generously provided by Bluebell Wood.

Private Training Sessions

Private training sessions can be booked directly with Manvers Lake if you feel that you would like to get some practice in before you take on the big race.

The cost is £175 for 1hr and 30 mins approx. (Only £8.75 per person if there are 18 rowers)
